CreatorLift ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our Chrome extension and website handle information.

Information We Do Not Collect

CreatorLift does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information. Specifically:

• We do not collect your name, email address, or any account information
• We do not store your YouTube browsing history
• We do not track which videos you analyze
• We do not use cookies or tracking pixels
• We do not sell any data to third parties

How the Extension Works

When you use CreatorLift on a YouTube video, the extension reads the video title and description visible on the page. This information is sent to our secure API (hosted on Vercel) solely to generate AI suggestions. The data is not stored, logged, or retained after the response is returned to you.

Permissions Used

• activeTab — To read the current YouTube video's title and description
• scripting — To extract video information from the YouTube page
• sidePanel — To display the CreatorLift panel alongside YouTube
• tabs — To identify which tab contains the YouTube video being analyzed

Third-Party Services

CreatorLift uses the following third-party services:

• Anthropic Claude API — Processes video titles and descriptions to generate suggestions. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to this processing.
• Vercel — Hosts our serverless API proxy. No user data is stored on Vercel.
• Stripe — Processes payments for Pro subscriptions. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data.

Data Retention

We do not retain any user data. Video titles and descriptions sent to our API are processed in real-time and immediately discarded after the response is generated.

Children's Privacy

CreatorLift is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
